1. What is the differences between your products and major brand?

Re: Our products are made according to world class products.

2. Why are your products more expensive than the other brand?

Re: (1) The low-price products at market probably are the low-quality counterfeit.

(2) The cost increases if your order is small.

So the more you order, the lower the price is.

3. What is the maximum bearable Power dissipation of your products?

Re: 200Watts.

4. What fields do your products used for ?

2. Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

3. What’s your condition of payment:

Re: T/T in advance before shipment. Good business relationship and trust will bring negotiable deferred payment.

4. How long your lead time?

Goods can be delivered within 48 hours if in stock.

7-10 days, if no product stock but having chips in stock.

If no chips, it must take 50-60 days, because of chip-processing is complex and takes 45-55 days. So customer’s demand forecast is very important for delivery in-time.

5. ON FREIGHT:

Re: We are in duty to pay the common freight cost, including road, railway and sea transportation. Air and Express should be on customer’s duty.
